Nutley Farm Cattery was built to offer cats a more stimulating, clean, and spacious environment for the ultimate comfortable and luxury experience.
Its bespoke design makes it a truly unique cattery with your cat’s needs at the centre of our ethos.
Nutley Farm has built up an enviable reputation as one of the area’s premier pet boarding facilities, awarded 5 Stars by Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council.
We have also been voted “Best Upscale Cattery in Kent” in the Lux Life Magazine Pet Products and Services Awards 2020.
Situated on a quiet lane in the beautiful village of Wateringbury, it offers a very peaceful, yet exciting setting within acres of beautiful private gardens adjacent to chestnut woods and ancient forest for all cats to enjoy on their holiday.
Local wildlife are happy to entertain the cattery guests day and night. This provides hours of mental stimulation – absolutely essential for cats away from their usual routine at home.
Our guests can look forward to seeing a plethora of birdlife, including the occasional pheasant, butterflies, bees, squirrels and rabbits from our very own warren during the day, and an evening show of rodent life and owls.
The cattery is set in lovely countryside, yet is easily accessible to major road links (only a few minutes away from the A26 and the A20/M20) and located approximately half way between towns of Maidstone, Tonbridge,
Tunbridge Wells and Sevenoaks, very close to Kings Hill and many other towns and villages, including Wateringbury, West and East Malling, Barming, Mereworth, West and East Farleigh, West and East Peckham, Paddock
Wood, Hadlow, Coxheath, Larkfield, Leybourne, Aylesford, Snodland – just to name a few.
We are also easily accessible from Chatham and Medway, South East London and North Kent via the A20 and M20.
Nutley Farm Cattery is a family run business, offering feline guests unlimited cuddles and individual attention from the family and the cattery staff.
Owned by Stephan and Karen Kalthof, we are fully licenced by Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council under the Animal Welfare Act 2006 and the Animal Welfare
(Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018 (Licence Number TM/ANIMAL/006).
It is always advisable to view the cattery prior to any boarding arrangements being made, but please note we are extremely security conscious so all visits are strictly by appointment only.
